Agape Financial is a faith-based 501(c)3 nonprofit organization assisting individuals who are at or near the poverty level by providing short-term micro-loans along with budget coaching to remove financial barriers to success. AGAPE’s interest-free loans focus on improving situations regarding employment, business startup funds, tools for job, or education/training.

Budget Coaches assist individuals in the community who are looking to improve their financial situation through effective and creative budgeting. Agape volunteers work to provide people tools that will enable them to find financial stability through education, budgeting, community resources, and micro-loan opportunities.
Budget Coaches can also provide:
Resources (agencies, service organizations, businesses, etc.) and how to access them
Role plays of intake interviews, documentation and follow up
Monthly review meetings to adjust budget accordingly
Become a volunteer budget coach
Interested in becoming a budget coach?—Agape financial provides training and effective ongoing support for its budget coaches and considers it one of the most important aspects of its success and sustainability. Monthly Support meetings provide:
Opportunities to meet with other coaches and volunteers to discuss experiences and seek input on how we can more effectively meet the needs of those we serve.
Direct access to the Executive Director and Program Director for crisis management and program feedback
Continuing education through guest speakers, info sharing, and tools and techniques.
